Parcels that are sent with Royal Mail using our standard 2nd Class service should be with you in 3 – 4 days after posting. However Royal Mail will not take responsibility for loss or damage for up to 15 working days from the date the parcel was sent. We do endeavour to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 28 days delivery.

UK SHIPPING – Unfortunately, we currently are unable to send items to PO Box or British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) addresses


We ask that returns are sent back to us within 28 days of receipt. Goods returned within 28 days will be refunded or exchanged as long as they are in a resaleable condition, with all the tags attached.

In order for us to process your refund please ensure you request and keep a receipt for PROOF OF POSTAGE. If proof of postage is not available, we may not be able to honour your refund. Cost of postage on returns for customers outside the UK is the responsibility of the customer.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.

International Orders

Orders being sent to the Channel Islands or non-EEC countries are VAT free.

Certain countries worldwide may charge an import duty. We have no control over this charge but please note that the 20% UK tax will have been deducted from your order.
