Support Meetings for Mums

Our online monthly support meetings for bereaved mums provides a safe space to share your experiences and connect with others who have experienced baby loss.

Many parents find comfort in connecting with people who understand the lasting impact of loss and the challenges that can come with grief.

The meetings are held online, on the first Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise specified). To find out more or join the group, please email support@achingarms.co.uk.

The group is led by Erica Stewart, a qualified and experienced bereavement group facilitator, who creates a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is treated with kindness, respect and understanding.
