Christmas Wreath Making In collaboration with the lovely Rachel from Rustic and Wild Florists we came together as bereaved parents, family members and volunteers to host a wreath making workshop at our hub in Halesowen, near Birmingham. It was a wonderful two hour session where, as complete beginners, we were able to immerse ourselves and as one parent said:
“...take our minds of everything and just focus on creating a beautiful Christmas wreath”.
Christmas Craft Session Led by Sharon from Aching Arms, families and volunteers came together to make Christmas baubles and clay tree decorations in memory of their precious babies. It was a great afternoon that created friendships and allowed the children to be amongst other bereaved siblings. The parents who came to the session said:
“We really enjoyed craft making with our little girl and having a chat. What you do is so valuable. I have made a friend and this wouldn’t have happened if you hadn’t organised this event”.
