From cake sales to sponsored swims, we are here to help and support you every step of the way with whatever fundraising event you choose. How about raising money for Aching Arms by taking on a new personal challenge? It can be an individual challenge, or take the opportunity to invite family, friends and colleagues to form a team. A major city marathon, a 10k run, a country cycle, an adventurous abseil, a hillside walk or a mountain trek. You can be as creative as you’d like!

My Aching Arms bear is a physical comfort to hug and hold; a reminder that I am not alone and a hope that my daughter Erin has little friends by her side.
